Shipping
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days in chronological order.
(please allow for additional time during high volume releases)
Delivery averages 2-5 days within domestic U.S. and can vary from 7-21+ days if International.
Tracked shipping methods are emailed a tracking number upon processing.
(please check the "promo/promotions/spam" folder if you do not see it in your inbox).
We are legally & financially not held responsible by any means for any and all packages which are lost/damaged/stolen; once processed all responsibility remains in the hands of the postal service and the customer to facilitate the claim. Please contact us for guidance if need any information/help with the claim process. Tracked shipping methods contain complementary, $100 insurance as a courtesy on our end in case of mishap.

Returns & Exchanges
No returns or refunds are offered on all purchases.
To prevent damage while in transit we package everything as safely as possible.
All responsibility is placed in the courier once we process it.
Cancellations & Errors
All sales are final.
No cancellations or changes are allowed on orders.
Please contact us ASAP within 12-24 hours to make any necessary changes to your order and we will try our absolute best to help!
Chargeback Policy
Fraudulent chargebacks against, OnceLoveClub LLC., will immediately result in termination of all access.
You (customer), will be banned from all, but not limited to - services, communities, and transactions pertaining to OnceLoveClub LLC.
OnceLoveClub LLC. will take every legal measure to the maximum extent possible to counteract fraud.
