Pre-Orders

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders are a convenient way for our customers to purchase item at a lower cost and provide merch to a vast array of fandoms.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
STEP 1: Order Collection (1 Week)
Pre-orders are only taken for 1 week. Once closed all orders are sent out for manufacturing. No orders can be made after our pre-orders are closed.  

STEP 2: Item Production (4-6 Weeks)
Rugs will take 4-6 weeks to produce and are then sent to us. Depending on the volume, it can take 1-4 weeks to reach us due to COVID-19 delays.

STEP 3: Fulfillment/Shipping (1 Week)
Items will be shipped out in the order we received them within 2-3 days. 

Disclaimer:
PLEASE DO NOT PRE-ORDER if you cannot wait the 1-3 months production time period. Keep in mind when pre-ordering, you are accepting the fact that your item is made to order and may arrive late.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you live in the United States, all items should come within 1-7 business days. International orders can expect a range from 1-3 weeks to receive a package due to COVID-19 delays.

IF I MISSED THE PRE-ORDER CAN I STILL BUY ONE LATER?
No, all merch items must be purchased during the pre-order opportunity in order to secure one. There is a slim chance we may carry the item at a vendoring event, but in extremely limited quantities!

CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Please message us via Email for international shipping interests. Please be aware that international orders will take longer to ship and have much higher shipping cost.
